Inactive customers’ information is retained for three years following the last transaction, after which it is deleted unless legal, contractual, or regulatory retention requirements apply. Website analytics data is retained for fourteen months; cookies expire according to their individual settings.

Communication records (email, WhatsApp, etc.) are retained for three years to facilitate dispute resolution and service improvement, after which they are deleted unless legal obligation requires extended retention.
